The Scalr Story

We met while working at the largest multi-channel foodservice GPO in the U.S., supporting some of the most established hospitality chains and ambitious scale-ups. We come from different angles—one with deep roots in procurement and supply chain, the other with experience scaling high-growth hospitality-tech startups and leading strategy across complex, multi-country organizations.

Together, we’d already built a company to support PE-backed brands, giving us a front-row seat to the operational chaos fast-growing chains face: disconnected systems, manual workarounds, and no clear line of sight into performance.

We realized the industry didn’t just need services or software—it needed a connected operating system. That’s when we built Scalr.
